What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we receive the details you enter: name, company, email address, country and your message. We do not ask for payment details on this site.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to handle the order. We do not sell or rent your details.

Who processes it

Form submissions are transmitted by a third-party form service acting as our data processor. Processor name and location to be confirmed once the form service is selected.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Write to linjianyu@chaodeli.com.
