Make it your product
Four variables you can change: how it is branded, how much it holds, how the surface looks, and how it is packed. Everything else stays on our existing tooling, which is why tooling cost stays low.
1 · Branding
- Embossed steel logo — stamped into the metal, does not fade or peel.
- Laser-marked logo — available across the range.
- Custom steel stamping is available on most series. Clip-on spoons are the exception: their geometry does not support embossing.
Branding minimums vary by method — ask sales.
2 · Volume
Standard sizes are 5 / 10 / 15 / 30 ml. Any scoop size from 0.5 ml upwards can be tooled to match the density of the product your customer measures.
Custom volumes carry a minimum order quantity.
3 · Surface & colour
- Bright (mirror) or satin (brushed) finishes.
- PVD titanium coating in a range of colours — when the coating is intact the spoon passes both EU and US food-contact testing.
- Paint finishes — when the coating is intact the spoon passes both EU and US food-contact testing.
4 · MOQ
Stock items ship with MOQ 1 pc. Custom volumes, colours or branding carry their own minimums, and a new shape or volume also needs one-off tooling — quoted against your volume and rebated once a design reaches its agreed threshold. Ask sales for the exact MOQ.

How a custom order runs
1 · Inquiry
Tell us the product, volume, finish and branding.
2 · Quote & design drawing
We quote against existing tooling and issue a design drawing before sampling.
3 · Sampling
Samples produced from the approved drawing.
4 · Order confirmation
Tooling fee (if a new shape or volume) and MOQ confirmed.
5 · Bulk production
Production runs to the confirmed drawing and order.
6 · QC, lab testing & shipping
Final inspection, testing and shipment to your port or forwarder.

Standard production is 304 stainless steel; welded-handle styles can also use 430 as a lower-cost option — EU food-contact compliant, but not for US food-contact declarations. Material notes are on each product page.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
- Stock items ship with MOQ 1 pc — that means the size is held in stock, not that the order quantity is limited to one piece. Custom branding and custom volumes carry their own minimums; ask sales for the exact MOQ.
- Which stainless steel do you use — 304 or 430?
- Standard production is 304 stainless steel. Where a design needs a welded handle, 430 is available as a lower-cost option: it is compliant for EU food-contact use, but not for US food-contact declarations. If your market is the US, we quote 304.
- Can you customise capacity, finish and branding?
- Yes. Custom capacity from 0.5 ml upwards, PVD (titanium) and painted finishes, and an embossed steel logo on most lines — clip-on spoons are the exception, ask sales. PVD and painted finishes can meet both EU and US food-contact requirements where the coating is intact.
- What certifications and audits do you have?
- The factory holds ISO 9001:2015 and passed a TÜV Rheinland factory audit (January 2026). Selected products are certified to LFGB / CE; certificates are provided on request.
- What is your production capacity?
- 3,000,000 pcs per month, expandable to 5,000,000 pcs, across our spoon and tableware lines — from a 16,700 m² site with 7,000 m² of workshops and 91 machines.
